IPhone 11 Pro - connectivity issues
I purchased iphone 11 pro in Feb 2020 and have been experiencing horrible connectivity issues on face time calls and voice calls. The call continues to go in and out. I called Verizon, they ran multiple test to no prevail. Then I went to apple in July, they ran test and gave me a new phone. The problem did not fix. if im on a call and say" I need to go to the apple store'" whoever I am on the call with only hears " I go apple" this is a huge problem
