Cannot find Search on my iPad
iPad 2018, V13.7. I cannot find the search bar. It does not come down from the top of the home screen. It does not come in when swiping left to right as it does with my iPhone. Very frustrating.

Start in the middle (half way down from top to bottom) and swipe down.
