Places missing from iCloud Mac

Hi guys,

I didn't log into iCloud on my Mac for the last couple of weeks, and now i can't find places "album" in my library. Is there some setting that i need to turn back on? Attached is a screenshot of my iCloud photos.

Thanks,

Ps. I'm using MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

Hi there uros_o!

It looks like you are trying to add "Places" as an option in your sidebar in the Photos section on the iCloud website. While we understand your confusion, as it turns out, this option isn't available on the website.

If you click Moments at the top of the page, this will allow you to see the name of the locations that the photos were taken.

To see the "Places" option in your sidebar, open Photos on your Mac. "Places" should be listed in the sidebar there.

You can find more about viewing photos by location by looking here: View photos by location in Photos on Mac

We hope this helps!
