When is the actual release date of the iPhone 12? I see the pre-order date is 10/16, but when does it actually come out?

Even if you pre-order however, you may not get your phone on launch day as this year's phones are going to be highly sought after. We're still in a pandemic and manufacturing and delivery are surely going to be effected this year.
