pop up screens

Is there any way to stop all these very annoying redundant pop up screens that come up now when I hit contact, or mail or text app?

iPhone 8, iOS 14

There is an easy solution to this. Tap quick with least amount of pressure. Just quickly touch and release.

What is happening is that your finger is resting on the app icon a little too long and it is activating the submenu.

Thank you for answering! I'm new at this and obviously bad at describing but...when i tap the contact app for instance, instead of opening contacts a screen comes up with choices: Remove app, Edit home screen, Show my info and Create new contact. I get these screens when i tap on several different apps and they are so annoying, just another unnecessary thing to open to get to where you used to get with one tap.
