Apple TV + not working on all devices

I recently bought an iPad and got a year of Apple TV + free, but when I tried to watch on my computer it wouldn't let me watch anything. I set up my computer with the same apple id so I assumed that there would not be a problem.

  • When watching Apple TV+ on a Mac with macOS Catalina, remember to also sign in to the TV app.
  • When watching Apple TV+ on a Mac with macOS prior to Catalina, use the website, and remember to sign in on the site.
