Removing website data (ie cookies) no longer exists in preferences. Where is it?

To remove website data (ie cookies) I used to be able to select the apple, preferences, privacy and the remove website data. This process no longer exists. How do I remove cookies?

when i go to Safari>Preferences>Privacy, i see a button "Manage Website Data". is that what you meant by "Remove Website Data"? because the "Manage" button is where you find the option to delete cookies.
