Apple Watch app not functioning

I paired my Apple Watch series 3 SE con mi iPhone 8 and it worked perfectly for 3 days, then the app stopped working. It is installed (I cannot uninstall it or download it again from the AppStore ) but it doesn’t open. It freezes in black and shuts itself down. I haven’t been able to use my watch for 4 days now. How can I fixe this?
