My Webview show "...browser does not support canvas..." (only some device)

I have a UIWebview in screen for a load a local file, this still work in my device (iphone 7 - ios 14.0.1), but with my custommer (iphone XS - ios 14.0.1) webview show alert like a screenshot. Please help me, and so thank!

Full Page Safari Screen Capture iOS 15 So with iOS 14, I believe that’s when it started, we had the great feature of full page screen capture in Safari introduced. Now, in the past few months, I cannot access the feature. At one point (later versions of 14) this was fixed by enabling the option in experimental features but the option is no longer there. It just lists screen capture, not full page screen capture. Is there a way to turn this back on or has it just been taken away as if we were misbehaved children?
