RE: Iphone 11 Pro—Crashing and Overheating Concerns

Hello,

I purchased an Iphone 11 Pro a while ago, but I had a technical question. Is there a way to stop the phone from crashing and restarting? I purchased it as a gift for a loved one and they said that they can’t use it for too long on social media or internet without it shutting down and rebooting. He’s tried closing out as many tabs possible, but it just doesn’t seem to help. We did establish that his old phone (an Android) actually had much better GB and processing power overall, though he still uses the phone as gingerly as possible.

We also can’t seem to put any real good phone cases on it—like an Otter Box—without the risk of overheating the phone, so he’s resorted to not using any extra safe cases (which is concerning since the phone is so delicate). What has me through a loop is that my Iphone from generations prior works perfectly fine WITH an Otter Box case and has rarely shutdown unless for an update. Is this just how new phones are designed? ó_ò

Any suggestions?

Thanks

iPhone 11 Pro
