iPhone X a lot of problems

Since I’ve received my iPhone X on the 30th of December 2021 it was fine but yesterday it went bad. My sounds and haptics turned off, random shutdowns or restarts occur, device performance has been really bad, apps just crash, videos on TikTok or anything don’t load or play, apps just become unresponsive to where I have to close the app and reopen it. But when I shutdown my phone, after it reboots, the first time I swipe up to unlock my phone I feel the haptics so I don’t think their broke. I don’t know what could of caused this. I had something similar happen before (but only the sounds and haptics went) but restarting the phone usually does the trick but not this time. I’ve tried restarting, I’ve tried resetting to factory setting with and without a backup, I’ve tried to just reset the device. Nothings worked. I need help.
