iPhone 8 wearing down

I have a iphone 8 and out of no-where it will freeze for 10 seconds then just restart also its being really slow and i am certain its not my internet. I havent droped it or damaged it in anyway to my knowledge i have had it for a year. The first signs of my phone wearing off was when my home button wouldn’t click it works fine but it just won’t press down as if it’s turned off completely then the next thing I noticed is when my vibrate button wouldn’t vibrate when I flipped it on and off by the way this is in a 2day span. I thought if I were to reset my settings it would fix it but it didn’t . After all of this my phone began to freeze out of nowhere and restart and this happens often. Also it dosent open apps sometimes it will open then quit out and then start up. I have had it for about a year now and the battery life is at 85. Any help will be greatly appreciated
