iPhone glitches after settings reset

Hello,

I did a reset( settings only) on my phone, but after that i started noticing issues on my iPhone, firstly i noticed that each time my phone gets locked for a long time, once i unlock and press the home button i notice lags on the screen and the lock screen wont go away, it moves extremely slow while going up, and when this happens even if i manage to unlock the phone they are other issues that will kick in immediately, i wont be able to open any app, any app i open will freeze upon start also when i try plug the plug iPhone it will not charge.. i have to restart the iphone everytime to fix this issues.. nowadays i restart my phone 6-10 times a day, at this point i dont know what i must do again..

I already tried to reset settings again, but didnt work and i also performed a soft reset but nothing fixed it.. 💔
