Lost iPhone and I have IMEI and info but no iCloud info- can I locate it?

some time ago- I lost my iPhone X, I had everything in the world stored on that phone! I had my email, with saved passwords, banking info, and all the rest...so resetting my password from Apple ID, is very limiting as ALL I still have is the phone number associated with the ID. I desperately need the contacts and passwords from that phone- is there any way to restore them, and possibly even locate the device?
