I received a msg that my iCloud storage is full and I need to upgrade - that I have used 5.0?

I have made deletions since that message. Could you tell me if it is still full?

You can check it yourself. See the following instructions from Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud. To see more detailed information about how apps and services are using your storage, tap iCloud Storage or Manage Storage.
