hi. I just purchased an iPad for my grandfather to help keep in touch. the icons are so small he is using a magnifying glass to see them. looks like they took away option to increase size of icons? any options or advice? thank you
Depends on what iPad and iOS, you have failed to provide such basic info
On iOS 13 in setting, accessibility, there is zoom, which may work
Go to settings-home screen and dock- app icons- click BIGGER.

that will make icons larger.
