How can I purchase apps from AppStore in Pakistan?

How can I purchase app from App Store in Pakistan my debit card allow for international transaction then shows the payment method was declined..what’s the problem??

Payment methods I have recently moved countries (America to South Africa) and changed my region on my apple store but it will not allow me to use my debit card from South Africa to purchase an app. Is there a way to update payment methods for different countries so it can register?

You must use a payment method issued in the country of the store you're using. You can't just use an "international" card.
