My smart keyboard folio says accessory not supported That is with iPad Pro ML3K2LL/A

After cleaning contacts still saying not supported. Any other ideas ?

Accessory Not Supported My ipad pro keyboard (2nd gen) won't type- Accessory not supported message keeps coming. I have already downloaded the latest iOs update and I have restarted multiple times and I have cleaned the contacts. Any other ideas?
