Help !!accidentally deleted data volumes of MacintoshHD -Data and can’t reinstall macos

i was trying to erase and reinstall macos but i accidentally deleted data volumes of Macintoshhd-data and now can’t reinstall catalina , it says “the targeted volume is part of an incomplete system and cant be installed too “😭😭 please help, i don’t know what to do

Boot to Recovery and install the version of macOS that it shipped with, shutdown when prompted to set it up, that part should be done by the new owner.
