Didn’t back up old phone do I need to now about as want to wipe it but scared

but yeah if my new phone is backing up why would I need to press it on other phone so sorry iv had 3 iPhones now and I think due to being ill I get do anxious il get things wrong and loose important things so sorry but any help can I just turn off I close and find my phone and wipe the other one or do I back it up even tho my other ones been backing up sorry dint want to loose my new things 😥😓and embarrassing I don’t understand sorry 😔

Follow directions here What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support to wipe your old phone, doing so will not erase data off your new phone.

If you're no longer using the iphone 6S there really no point in backing it up, but if you want to backup then do it one more time and then erase the phone.
