My kid has a newer iphone SE. I had parental controls turned on that supposedly kept her from changing her screen lock and apple id. I checked her phone a few months ago and found she had been doing bad things. She managed to change it since and now I'm locked out of her phone. How did she do this and what can I do to keep it from happening again?

This isn’t relevant. I didn’t forget my screen time passcode. I had this set and I know it. I had it set so that my kid Could not change her screen lock password and she removed the controls somehow. I can’t even get into the phone now to do anything without her passcode.
No I did not share the parent control password with her.
