hello, I see this question was asked previously but the original poster indicated that his issue remains. I am also having this issue. My iOS is up to date, I followed the directions in the original thread and it is still not fixed. Please advise.

Your device needs to be locked in order for the led flash alert to work.
LED flash alert is not working.
