Upgrading to Iphone 12 through the app on my phone does not read the e-sim to be ready on 10.16 pre order

I was following the upgrade process through the apple store app, to be ready to preorder, but I get stock in the confirmation the carrier step, the app look for the physical sim to get the number but I have a e-sim and the app does not recognized it. There is no way to type the wireless number, only the last 4 digits of my SSN and can not continue with the process.

There is a way to tell the app that the phone has e-sim? there is a way to type the number?
