How do I set up voicemail on my kid’s iPhone?

Kid has restrictions based on age. Does not seem to allow voicemail setup? Can I do something to set up voicemail on kid’s iPhone?

How to see list of voicemail messages without having to call voicemail and enter password My grandma’s voicemail has been set up for years but now on her iPhone you can only access the voicemails by pressing the big button in the middle that says “call voicemail”. How do I get her voicemails to show on her phone without having to call and enter her password etc...?
