Apple music
I have a code I redeemed for 4 months of free apply music and on my subscriptions it says the individual plan will renew in November. So I’m wondering why the code didn’t work or why it’s only free until November?

Were you already a preexisting Apple Music member when you redeemed this offer? Also, was this offer from Shazam?
If so, this offer gives new subscribers 4 moths of free Apple Music and preexisting Apple Music customers will be eligible for 1 month of free Apple Music.
