Finding photos NOT in albums for Mojave

I have over 50,000 photos and tryng to organize them in folders and albums. The prevailing info online says to creat Smart Albums with "photos, is not, any" but "any" is not an option on mine. How do I identify all the random photos that are not in albums? Thanks so much!

"Album is not any", like this:

See also this user tip, due to a bug it is important to remove photos from an album before you remove/delete an album (if you do that during this organisation project). If you delete an album while there are photos in it, those photos will never appear in the album is not any search.
