What's the process I need to follow to provide feedback to Apple about one aspect of user functionality that has disappeared in iOS14 that was hitherto available?
I think it's just an oversight, and could be a very quick fix in the next update.

I believe if you follow the links you’ll see an option for suggestions. https://support.apple.com/contact
If this doesn’t work just lop off contact or return to the home page and search for “feedback or suggestions”. That should work. Hope that helps.
