Access Cisco WiFi Wireless access point

why i can not connect to the Cisco wireless access point (Aeronet 18520) that connected to Cisco Wireless Controller 3504 (IOS ver: 8.10.130.0) after i upgraded my iPhone 11 to IOS ver 14?

You have a private address turned on. You will need to go to Settings > Wifi and press the circled i after the name of the network to which you are trying to connect. There will be an option for "Private Address" that is on. If you turn it off, you will most likely be able to connect again.


Many businesses restrict devices on their internal wireless networks based on MAC address. The Private Address feature hides this address and can cause disruption in wifi service.
