I bought an apple store $ iTunes card but in another currency ( Turkish lira ) and i had before 0.05 cent ( dollar ) in my account, according to that its not possible for me to redeem my card because i have to change my region first, and that cant be happened before i delete or clear my apple Id balance, so please if you could clear it for me or if there is anyway to fix that problem.
