Hello i have a small issue with my payment i have already bought an European gift card which is in euro € but my account is usd us dollar now i want to redeem with my new European euro card to my account but i cannot because i have already 0.67 $ can you please remove this 67 cent in my account so that i can redeem my new card because i need to change country region

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
Note that you won't be able to change the country without another payment method valid in the same one as the card. If you're not in it, sell the card to someone who is instead.
