I have a an iPhone 6s that had been disabled and I have put it into recovery mode to restore it, and downloaded the last eat update but now when it is extracting the software, recovery mode timeout then I have to keep on trying to redo it but keeps timing out. What can I do to prevent it from timing out?

Hi there Kendra, as we speak my iPhone 6s is in recovery mode and the pc is extracting the software but recovery mode times out. Then when I put the phone back into recovery mode and the pc is done with extracting the software it say, iPhone is disconnected. What can I do to prevent my iPhone 6s from timing out?
It’s a brand new cable, I’ll have to check if it is up to date. I’ll try a different computer aswell
That's odd! It shouldn't time out at all. Is your PC up to date? Also, have you tried using a different computer or USB cable?
