Missing calls from unsaved numbers

We know it's important to receive phone calls from unsaved contacts, and we're happy to help you.

Let's start by checking some settings. Tap Settings > Phone, then scroll down, tap Silence Unknown Callers. Is this turned on? If so, turn this off. We have additional steps you can try here: Detect and block spam phone calls

If you still need help, check for any blocked contacts using these steps: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Test after completing these steps, and report back with the result. We want to make sure you can receive phone calls as expected.
