Picture Transfer Protocol (PTP) is disabled

While working with software support staff regarding a problem deleting photos on my iPhone from my desktop Mac Mini, they reviewed the iPhone process log and said the PTP Control was listed as disabled. They suggested this situation can occur when a phone is managed by an outside entity like with a work phone. My phone is only managed by me, so I'm wondering if there's a way to enable the PTP control on the iPhone again. Thanks for your help.

iOS 15.3.1 take away some important things. We use about 25 older iPhones (8s, 7s and 6s) to work taking pictures from products and transferring to a Windows PC right the way. While taking those pictures these iPhones are already plugged into a USB port so we can transfer those pictures immediately. Since the 15.3.1 update we no longer can do that, we have to unplug and plug it back to the USB port, otherwise the pictures taken after you plugged it will never show up. Any ideas on what we can do to solve that?

got 'device unaccessible' in the middle of transferring pictures from iphone 7 to Windows 10 PC got 'device unaccessible' in the middle of transferring pictures from iphone 7 to Windows 10 PC. Did reset the Settings>General>Reset Location and Privacy to factory default; reconnected the device, but after a while it will stop copying the pictures over and give error.
