Missing inline Reply option for texts

I am on IOS 14.0.1 on my iPhone SE 2020. In a group text, when I press on a specific message, the new inline Reply option is not available (only Copy and More). Any solutions?

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand you're unable to use inline replies for a group text message on your iPhone. We'll be happy to help.

To use inline replies, the participants in the group message needs to have iMessage enabled. If the conversation thread appears in green text bubbles and not blue, this helps indicate that the users in the group have SMS/MMS.
