Refund

I made a purchase without knowing that I would be billed the entire price and I need a refund. I reached out to the app that I made the purchase from and they told me to get ahold of Apple customer support. So can you please help me?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.


Most of the people who answer questions on these boards are other customers, not Apple employees, and cannot grant them.
