When I toggle "Mirror Front Camera" in the camera settings of my iPad Pro 11, it has no effect on my self-facing camera. I try toggling it both ways and nothing changes in the Camera App. I am using IOS 14.01.

First, try force closing the camera app and restarting your iPad Pro:
If the standard restart does not resolve issue, try backing up and then resetting all the settings on the iPad Pro. Here's How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. If you need assistance with resetting the settings on the iPad: Return iPad settings to their defaults
Be sure to review the section titled "Reset All Settings" to verify the settings that are affected with completing the reset.
