No apple WOULD NOT send you a message like that.


If you enter your details on that site you give them your password and allows them to turn of Find MY on your iPhone.

If you responded to the fake site and provided the information, then yes, they have full access to your account.


Typically, all they want it for is to turn FindMyPhone off, log it out of your iCloud account and fully erase the phone so either they can use it as their own, or sell a fully functional phone to someone else.


However, who knows what other personal information they'll try to dig up while they can access everything on your phone.


And I used Safari to visit the web site the crooks gave you an address for. Didn't this raise a red flag for you?
