Phone Problems.

Hi, I’ve been having Problems with my iPhone for the past 2 months. My iPhone doesn’t wanna update nor open some apps. I always click agree so it can update and it just freezes and I basically have to exit settings for it not to be frozen anymore. Some of the apps I have, there starting to close it for me and I may no longer use. So is there anything I could do to fix this problem.
