Emails disappearing from iPhone 11

I’ve noticed that emails are disappearing from my iPhone 11. The ones that I know of have been messages that I’ve flagged, and then tried to find but have completely disappeared. Does anyone know a fix for this? I’ve tried to google it, but the information all seems to be outdated. Thanks

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:

Are emails disappearing from multiple accounts, or just a specific account? If a specific account, which email provider is this occurring with? Which iOS version are you working with?
