iPhone disabled

I went on a run with my phone in my pocket. After the run i look at my phone to see it is disabled for 9 mins. I looked at it again about 10 mins later and it still said 9 mins. I then shut off my phone and when i turned it back on it said 15 mins. I don't know if this has to do with it but, this morning i was sent a message from random contacts with a link provided. I did not click on the link. I still have not clicked on the link. I noticed on my run that my phone was buzzing a lot but i thought it was just random notifications. Could someone be hacking my phone right now even if i didn't open that link?

I have a iPhone 10 max for reference.
