External monitor gets pink tint

Hello!

I have purchased an external monitor to use with my MacBook Pro 2020. It is the Samsung 49" Odyssey G9, but when I connect my MacBook, the screen is pink (pink tint over the image). The screen works fine with other laptops and desktops, but just not the MacBook Pro. I´ve tried three different usb-c adapters to hdmi.

Does anyone know what to do here?

Thank you in advance!

Hi MisterMartu,

It sounds like there is an issue when the display is connected to your MacBook. If we have that correct, let's try the steps in the following article.

Get help with video issues on external displays connected to your Mac

The sections "If you see contrast or color issues" and "Connecting displays with Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C)" should help.

Let us know if that resolves the issue.

Take care!
