Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
The memory tab is missing from about this Mac on my MBA. However on my iMac the memory tab is there.
As far as troubleshooting the issue I have reinstalled the macOS.
The software version that I am using is macOS 10.15.7.
Any resolutions?
MacBook Air
This is definitely not normal. Maybe the new norm for MBAs. However it is not normal on other Macbooks or iMacs. I just don't know which macOS update caused it to disappear.
My MBA has 4GB of Ram (memory) and 2 GB per slot.

The last MacBook with memory slots was the Mid 2010 MacBook.
If I were you I would go with MacTracker. If you prefer, Everymac.com.
FWIW, an iMac Pro also doesn't show the memory tab. It does however have 4 memory slots. The reason it doesn't have the tab is because the RAM is non-user accessible.

Stedman1 is correct. It is normal. Since a MacBook Air has no memory slots there's nothing to show.
