go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, is the switch turned on for Messages?
If yes, you cannot recover your deleted messages.
If no, you could possibly recover your deleted texts, but only if you have an iPhone backup that contains the messages you wish to recover. If you do, you could restore your phone to that backup. In doing so you'd likely lose other data.
