I cannot hear any sounds on m y pjpnr

All sounds including calls are not providing sound anymore.

Speaker randomly turns off during phone call after updating to iOS 16.2 my iPhone 10 XR now after updating the iOS whenever I use the speaker, it randomly turns off multiple times. I’ve turned off the Bluetooth and have restarted the phone. Nothing helps.

If you have distorted Sound issue on your iPhone --> If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad
