So ever since I have updated to iOS 14 my phone has randomly been taking screenshots and closing apps. Not even pressing any buttons and it will auto close and app or even sometimes screenshot. Screenshot not as often but happens. Currently on iOS 14.0.1

Did you already try to force restart the phone? You will not lose data by doing that:

Next step after that would be reinstalling iOS, using your computer. To rule out a software issue, start testing it without using the backup:
