MacBook Pro crashing, Panic CPU

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro 2020 that keeps crashing regularly. The first problem I encountered was that OneNote would stall or sometimes restart. Now I am having issues with my laptop crashing. I am using a Moshi device to connect to an external screen (Lenovo). I also use the magic keyboard. I have updated my operating system and am running macOS Catalania 10.15.7. The issues have been present before updating the operating system when I was still running 10.15.6. My Office software is up to date. I have attached a system crash report (Panic CPU) and an EtreCheck report.

Hey there janica_88,

We see that you are having some issues with your MacBook Pro crashing when using certain Microsoft software. We would love to assist you with this.

First, try unplugging all of your devices from the MacBook Pro and resetting your SMC: How to reset the SMC of your Mac

Also, verify if this issue continues to occur when starting your Mac up in safe mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac

Depending on whether or not the issues persist in safe mode, the resource will provide guidance to you on what to do upon testing this issue.

Hope this helps!

Take care.
