How are you attempting to get Apple Support? Do you have the Apple Support app on your phone from the app store? Have you clicked on the Apple Support link at the top of this page? Have you DM’d @AppleSupport on Twitter? Have you tried calling Apple Support—>Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support?
