iPhone 11 Pro Max Freezing ALL THE TIME

Is anyone else's phone freezing upon going into apps and/or scrolling since doing the iOS Update 14? It seems to be happening to my phone constantly and is very annoying. I have swiped out of apps completely, restarted and cleared out of cookies and history with no resolution. Any advice or help is appreciated. Hopefully I am not the only one experiencing this disruption.
