apple tv light blinks once but then nothing

Apple tv doesn’t respond anymore. (Apple TV 4th gen)

just before it happened it didn’t start up with the remote anymore we had to unplug the power to make it startup (after startup remote functioned normally)

this worked for 4 times.

now nothing...

if we unplug power and reconnect the light blinks just once but doesn’t startup

tried connecting it with USB-C to iTunes on PC but iTunes doesn’t recognise anything.

What could cause this this and how can we solve it.
