Profile installation failed error when installing profile on iOS 14

When we try to enroll iPads with iOS version 14 we get this error message:

Profile Installation Failed

Than when we try installing it again I get:

Profile Installation Failed

The SCEP server returned an invalid response.

I'm still able to enroll devices with iOS 13 so I'm not sure what has changed.

Same exact error message. Our server is of course public facing so we have a valid IP address, not a 192 address. What steps have you tried?
